Tuface, Olu Maintain Want Sustained Search For Chibok School Girls

Innocent Idibia, popularly known as Tuface and Olumide Adegbolu, known as Olu Maintain, on Thursday in Lagos called for relentless search for the kidnapped Chibok, Borno, school girls.
The ace musicians told the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Lagos in separate interviews that the development was an intolerable act.
On his part, Tuface said it was important for every Nigerian to embrace peace and tolerance.
“We are still on the political matters arising in Nigeria, so many sad things happening, so many unfortunate incidents.
“It’s just all about peace, because right now that is the only message that the people have to really abide by right now.
“I think a whole lot of people have been really supportive and have really tried; “Bring Back Our Girls’’; bring back who ever has been kidnapped.
“Let something be done about those boys that were killed in their dormitory, some months way back before bring back our girls even started.
“Bomb blasts, this is like the final straw”.
Similarly, Olu Maintain said that the country should continue praying for the girls while no effort should be spared in keeping the development within the public domain.
“It’s worrying; it’s not the best image. Hopefully with the awareness that is being generated by everybody on social media on TV. Now I watch CNN for the wrong reason.
“I don’t want to watch CNN and my country is the centre point of the news bulletin for the wrong reason; for a negative image like this.
“We keep praying. Hopefully until they are found, it just affects everything, it affects me personally. It affects how I can express myself.
“I can imagine what the families of these people that were abducted are going through.”
